We are very positive that we can organise the World Championship this year. Most of the corona restrictions have been lifted and soon we will be allowed to host large events. Traveling within Europe will soon be open and we hope the rest of the world will follow within a few months.

If the positive trend continues, you will be able to register as a participant starting August 9, 8PM CEST.

The qualification requirements have been changed. So if you don’t have the opportunity to qualify (because of the lack of competitions), you still register. Read all about the new qualification requirements here.

We hope to see you all in the Netherlands at December 28-31.

You will understand that the organizing team and the WCA board – although very hopeful – cannot guarantee that the World Championship will actually be able to take place. If the championship has to be cancelled unexpectedly, the organization team and WCA board cannot be held liable for e.g. travel and accommodation costs incurred.
